非物質文化遺產清單展諮詢

康樂及文化事務署宣布，今天（7月10日）起就香港非物質文化遺產擬備的建議清單進行公眾諮詢，諮詢期至11月9日。
 
   康文署於2009年8月委聘香港科技大學華南研究中心進行全港性非物質文化遺產普查。普查工作小組就700多個本地非物質文化遺產個案進行了廣泛的研究和實地考察，並根據普查的調查結果，和參考非物質文化遺產諮詢委員會的專業意見，擬備了一份香港非物質文化遺產建議清單，共包括477個項目，供當局參考。
 
   聯合國教育、科學及文化組織2003年通過的《保護非物質文化遺產公約》亦訂明，各締約國應在社區、群體和相關非政府組織的參與下，確認和確定境內各種非物質文化遺產項目，以編製非物質文化遺產清單。
 
   因此，該署現就香港非物質文化遺產建議清單進行公眾諮詢，並會派員出席多個地區組織，包括18區區議會和鄉議局的會議／簡介會，亦會印發單張，和把草擬清單上載到康文署轄下香港文化博物館的網站，並提供意見表，方便社區人士對建議清單發表意見，一同參與編製清單的工作。
 
   諮詢結束後，當局會整理收集到的公眾意見，並就此再次徵詢非物質文化遺產諮詢委員會的意見。預計有關諮詢工作明年年初完成，隨後將可公布本港首份非物質文化遺產清單。

Views sought on intangible heritage

The Leisure & Cultural Services Department is consulting the public on the draft inventory of intangible cultural heritage in Hong Kong, from today until November 9.
 
The department commissioned a citywide survey in August 2009 by the South China Research Centre at the University of Science & Technology.
 
Based on extensive research and field work including more than 700 survey cases, and on the expert advice of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee, the survey team has drawn up a draft inventory of 477 items.
 
The department is now engaging the community and non-governmental organisations, in accordance with the UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
 
The department will attend meetings and briefings held by district organisations, and has uploaded the draft inventory and comment form onto the Heritage Museum website. Leaflets will also be distributed to facilitate the submission of views.
 
The Government will consult the advisory committee again after public views have been gathered. The first inventory list for Hong Kong is expected to be published by early 2014 after all consultations are complete.
